Bu üç katman, birbirinin yerine geçen aşamalar değil;
Son Not

Course Documentation as a Layered
Pedagogical Archive: A Structural Analysis of DB System (1995–2026)
Abstract
This study
examines the long-term course documentation system (1995–2026) and the H62
achievement chart as a unified dataset. Rather than interpreting the
material as a linear educational progression, the analysis identifies a
layered pedagogical structure composed of foundational, applied, and
conceptual strata. The findings suggest that the system operates not as a
conventional curriculum, but as a cumulative archival architecture in
which learning stages coexist and reinforce one another over time.
1. Introduction
The dataset
consisting of course distributions and the H62 achievement records
represents a 30-year educational archive. Traditional interpretations of
such data often assume a linear model of academic development. However,
the structural consistency observed across decades suggests a more complex
organization, where instructional layers are not sequentially replaced but
continuously accumulated.
2. Methodological Perspective
The analysis is
based on two complementary datasets:
-
Annual course distributions across undergraduate
and graduate levels
-
The H62 chart, which selectively records high-level
student achievements (80+ undergraduate, 90+ graduate)
This dual
structure allows for a comparative reading between instructional intensity
and recorded outcomes.
3. Layered Pedagogical Structure
3.1 Foundational Layer (Drawing
/ Writing)
Between 1995 and
2005, the system is dominated by repeated drawing instruction across
multiple class levels. This phase establishes technical discipline through
repetition and skill stabilization.
3.2 Applied Layer (Painting
Practices)
From
approximately 2007 onward, painting courses (ASA/SSA) become structurally
central. This stage reflects a transition from technical acquisition to
visual production and interpretive decision-making.
3.3 Conceptual Layer (Graduate /
Constructive Practice)
After 2016,
graduate-level courses such as Constructed Space and Construction
introduce a conceptual dimension. The concentration of highest achievement
scores within this layer indicates that performance outcomes become
increasingly associated with conceptual maturity.
These layers do
not function sequentially but coexist as an integrated pedagogical system.
4. Selective Archiving and
Visibility of Achievement
The H62 chart
does not represent full performance distribution but rather a curated
subset of high-achievement outcomes. This selective structure introduces
two interpretive conditions:
-
Achievement is filtered through threshold-based
inclusion
-
Performance becomes visible primarily at advanced
stages of learning
As a result, the
dataset reflects sustained development trajectories rather than isolated
events.
5. Simultaneity and Structural
Overlap
The course
structure demonstrates periods of simultaneous instruction across multiple
levels. This simultaneity indicates that the educational system operates
as a multi-layered environment rather than a sequential curriculum.
Foundational,
applied, and conceptual courses coexist, forming a continuous
instructional field rather than discrete phases.
6. Archival Nature of the
Dataset
Irregularities
in formatting, notation, and ordering suggest a manually maintained
archival system rather than an automated database. This characteristic is
significant, as it indicates that the dataset reflects long-term
institutional memory rather than standardized statistical reporting.
7. Discussion
The combined
structure of course distribution and achievement records suggests a
pedagogical model in which learning is cumulative, stratified, and
historically continuous. Within this framework, higher-level achievements
should not be interpreted as isolated excellence, but as the visible
outcome of layered accumulation across time.
8. Conclusion
The Course
Documentation (1995–2026) constitutes a layered pedagogical archive in
which technical, applied, and conceptual domains coexist. The H62 chart
functions not as a comprehensive statistical report, but as a selective
record of emergent high-level outcomes within this structure.
Rather than
describing a linear educational trajectory, the system reveals a
cumulative architecture in which knowledge is continuously built, retained,
and re-expressed across multiple levels of instruction.
